Since joining the company in 2023, my experience has been nothing short of incredible. The opportunities I’ve had, from base visits to participating in inclusivity events, have been truly special.

One of the standout moments for me was getting to go out flying with our aircrew on one of our electronic warfare threat replication sorties – it gave me the chance to see first-hand exactly how we deliver our service to our customers and was a unique experience, one I never expected to have in an HR role. Choosing a career in HR wasn’t my plan initially but I’m so glad that I made the decision to join.

Draken has been instrumental in my professional growth, supporting me every step of the way, including facilitating my HR training (for my CIPD Level 3 qualification). I’m also excited to have been selected for the Leadership Talent Programme.

What I love most about working here is the incredible variety of projects and groups that I get to be part of: no two days are ever the same. Whether I’m collaborating with different teams or taking on new challenges, each day brings something fresh and exciting.
