I joined the company in 2019 as a graduate and have been supported at every stage of my career. I have always known exactly where I wanted to take my career, and that I wanted to achieve this at Draken. I was lucky to experience different departments in my first couple of years of joining including Human Resources, Flight Operations and Projects before moving to a full-time position in Project Management, and joining the CAMO Engineering Team shortly after. I have been so lucky to learn so much. I have even spoken at the House of Commons on behalf of the company as part of its sponsorship of an event hosted there aimed at empowering women in aviation.

At Draken I have always felt supported in my ambitions, including my goal of becoming a pilot which has long been my dream career. I am now training to become a commercial pilot through a sponsored training contract with the business and I couldn’t be happier. Their investment in me has made me feel highly valued and incredibly excited for my future career in the business.
