One of the most fulfilling aspects of my role is the diversity of the work I get to engage in. Whether its involvement in the sustainability or neurodiversity committee, or working on a wide range of contracts and internal changes, the variety keeps the role dynamic and exciting. I’ve had the chance to collaborate with knowledgeable and experienced individuals, each bringing unique perspectives and expertise, which has broadened my own skillset and made every project a learning experience.
