This month, we were delighted to be able to celebrate the 50th anniversary of non-stop flying operations with our Royal Air Force (RAF) colleagues in Cyprus - a proud moment for the Draken Europe team at RAF Akrotiri.

The celebratory fly-past of all three Bell 412s that our specialist rotary wing engineers maintain for 84 Squadron is testament to the high standards that our team strives to achieve – indeed, the squadron CO commended our team on the 90% serviceability rate that Draken staff deliver.

Our work with the Royal Air Force (RAF) in Cyprus has always been vitally important - a point we appreciate every time these aircraft return successfully from a Search and Rescue mission over the Mediterranean or a firefighting mission across the island.
